My journey into holistic health began after experiencing burnout and a challenging menopause transition to boot during covid!
Having walked the path to recovery, I'm now honoured to guide others through their own transformation, whatever that may look like for them.
As a Certified Holistic Counsellor, Life Coach, and Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner, I offer compassionate, personalised support for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. My services are open to everyone seeking greater balance, purpose, and emotional wellbeing.
In addition, I'm a Certified MyMT™ Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner, supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Through evidence-informed education and lifestyle strategies, I help women reduce symptoms, regain energy, and reconnect with themselves in this powerful stage of life.
